Giving you a unique opportunity to meet and hear from legislators about their priorities for the next legislative session and issues at the State Capitol that advance the CWBA's mission.
We will also honor Outgoing Speaker of the House Rep. KC Becker with our Champion of Change Award for her many contributions supporting issues important to the CWBA and Colorado women and families.
Registration is $50 per person or sponsorship for $250 which includes four registrations. Legislators attend as our guests. Each registrant will receive a $10 Starbucks e-gift card to use for purchase of coffee and a breakfast item to enjoy during the event...or another time if you wish!
WHY A STARBUCKS CARD?
As of Oct. 1, 2019, Starbucks employees gained greater access to a wider range of family-building benefits. Starbucks expanded its Family Expansion Reimbursement program beyond adoption expenses to reimburse for surrogacy, as well as reimbursing for intrauterine insemination expenses not covered by insurance. Their expansive family-friendly benefits also include progressive parental leave, employee and family sick time, child care, adult care, and tuition reimbursement for employees who wish to earn a bachelor’s degree.
