On What Grounds? is a LIVE Virtual Leadership Café, and we are open for business!

Set your coffee makers for 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 6 for our next session of On What Grounds? LIVE Virtual Leadership Café. On the first Friday of every month, join CWBA President Miranda Hawkins and Board members for coffee, connection, and career leadership lessons.

This Café promises to be a little different. We will invite a candid conversation around topics we don't usually bring up in polite conversation, topics like...mental health. At our next Café, CWBA President Miranda Hawkins and CWBA Past President and current Vice President Cat Shea will share how they have dealt with and managed depression and anxiety throughout their careers. They will each share their stories and then lead a discussion and share tips on how to acknowledge and recognize if these issues are real for you as well, and how to reach out for help.

The Café invites an authentic connection with your fellow CWBA members and leaders. We will chat about what is REALLY on your mind right now, and we will be there to support you, in both your personal and professional goals. The Café is a place to gather with fellow professionals, take a coffee break, refill, and refuel.
