COVID-19 Vaccinations and Face Covering Requirements for CWBA Holiday Party Updated: November 18, 2021
All guests who attend our Holiday Party must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with an FDA or WHO-approved vaccine. “Fully vaccinated” means two weeks after a person’s second dose in a two-dose series and two weeks after a single-dose vaccine. Proof of vaccination must be shown at the registration check-in area prior to entry.
Mask wearing is strongly encouraged for all Holiday Party attendees, unless attendees can maintain a distance of six feet from each other, in which case masks may be removed. Masks may also be removed, briefly, by an attendee if they are speaking as part of our presentation, or if eating or drinking.
If you have had any recent exposure to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or are exhibiting any signs of sickness or COVID-19 related symptoms yourself, please stay home.
