It is well-documented that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion can lead to significant financial and creative benefits to the workplace. It also improves employee morale by creating a sense of community. However, in the face of recent SCOTUS decisions rolling back protections and services for minority communities, many fear that their employers may start to also shrink from previous DEI commitments.
This panel program is aimed at assuaging those fears, reassuring employers and employees alike, and reiterating both the legal and moral importance of DEI commitments in the workplace.
Panelists:
Panel Discussion: 4 to 5 pm (EDI CLE credits requested) at the Ralph Carr Building Networking Happy Hour: 5 to 6:30 pm at the CBA offices
