Register now for the third program on March 11, 2026.
The series will consist of three hybrid programs, held both in person and virtually to maximize accessibility. Two programs will be led by award-winning anti-oppression coach Regan Byrd, and one program will be presented by Denver District Court Judge Jon J. Olafson in collaboration Alexandria Rogers, a PhD candidate in cognitive psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Speaking Up: Bystander Skills for Legal and Professional Settings March 11, 2026, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
This interactive training, led by Ms. Byrd, will teach attendees concrete techniques for intervening to prevent bias-related harm in professional settings. Participants will work in small groups through hypothetical scenarios involving clients, colleagues, and the court, learning how to respond effectively and professionally.
