Join us on March 19th at Noon via Zoom for the second session in our three-part executive presence series: Executive Presence at any Age and Stage.
Arlene Cohen Miller (Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Work-Life Balance & Harmony Coach for Women, CEO of Jewel Consultancy, an AV-Rated Colorado Attorney) will moderate a rockstar panel consisting of:
These women will discuss executive presence at different points in their careers, positions, ages, and through adversity. They will answer these questions about executive presence and more: What does executive presence (EP) mean to you? How does EP change with your changing career? Tell us about an experience or example of how you improved one of your Cs (composure, confidence, compassion, and charisma) to increase your EP? What are the Dos and Don’ts of executive presence? Have these Dos and Don’ts changed throughout your career? EP tends to focus on how you act, speak, and look; how has that changed from the beginning of your career to now? How do we maintain executive presence during this transformative period with the push away from DEI? How do you maintain your authenticity and still have executive presence when you want to change your voice or looks to fit in?
CLE credit requested. Program is free to CWBA members. It is the first session in a three-part series on executive presence, professional development, and coaching.
