Please note: This symposium is specifically offered for attorneys and aspiring judges who are ready to apply to be a judge within 1-3 years.
The symposium inspires attorneys and aspiring judicial officers to apply to become judges by providing valuable insights, addressing common challenges, providing practical tools, and outlining clear pathways to the bench. This half-day in-person event aims to provide guidance, networking opportunities, and a deeper understanding of what it means to serve as a judge. Inspired by insights from the Judicial Officer Outreach (JOO) Program’s statewide listening tours, this symposium emphasizes voices and experiences from judicial officers and the critical importance of public service in the judiciary.
